The only catch: this is a school-based subscription, so you have to download the newspapers when you are on Hutchins wifi.

Newspapers through Libraries Tasmania

Libraries TasmaniaLibraries Tasmania provides access to an enormous variety of newspapers, journals and other digital media through their website https://libraries.tas.gov.au/.

You need your Libraries Tasmania membership number and password (the default is your home phone number) to log in and access their online resources from home or school.

 

The Magazines and Newspapers page via Libraries Tasmania provides access to:

  • PressReader - The Guardian Australia and The Saturday Paper, plus over 7000 publications on a variety of subjects and many different languages

  • NewsBank: over 500 local, regional, national and international news publications searchable by keyword, topic, source, date and location
