This Melbourne based organisation campaigns for human rights. Copies of their reports, opinion articles, summaries and submissions are available under the 'Resources' tab. See under the 'Access to Justice' section to access articles about dispute resolution including 'Access to Justice: Submission to Senate Legal and Constitutional Committee on Civil Dispute Resolution Bill 2010' and find more information by searching their site i.e. Recognising the failure of our adversarial system to deliver access to justice (2011).

  1. Go to the library home page > LibGuides > A-Z Database list and click on the 'ANZ Reference Centre' link.  
  2. Search for terms like 'dispute resolution' AND 'Australian law'. Use advanced search to add extra search terms. 
  3. Control what sort of article you find by filtering your results. You might like to filter your results so you only find full-text articles from domestic academic journals published in the last five years?
